Terms of Use

1. The service

The Site gathers publicly available YouTube fancams, stage and appearance videos of K-pop idols and organizes them by member so they are easy to find. No sign-up is required; signing in with Google lets you save Likes and collection folders.

2. Videos and copyright

• The Site does not store or copy videos. All videos play through the embedded player provided by YouTube, and thumbnails are loaded from YouTube.
• All rights to the videos and thumbnails, including copyright and portrait rights, belong to their respective owners (uploaders, agencies, broadcasters, etc.). The Site claims no such rights.
• Video playback is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
• The classifications, tags and page design created by the Site belong to the Site.

3. Removal and correction requests

Rights holders, people who appear in a video, or anyone else may ask us to remove a video from the Site (copyright, portrait rights, etc.).

• How to request: press the ⚠ report button on the video card (or in the player), choose "Rights infringement" (it's your video, or the uploader infringes someone's rights) and add any details. Requests arrive in our report inbox and the video is taken down after review.
• If you can't use the report button, email the video URL and your request to Biasarchiveadmin@gmail.com.
• Removing a video from the Site does not remove the original on YouTube. To remove the original, use YouTube's copyright process.
• If a date, stage or member is labeled incorrectly, send a correction with the same ⚠ button.

4. Accounts

Google sign-in is optional. You can erase everything you've saved at any time with "Delete account" in the account menu. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Interfering with the Site's operation (excessive automated requests, false or repeated reports, etc.)
• Using another person's account or violating the law

6. Disclaimer

• Each uploader is responsible for the content of their videos.
• Videos deleted, made private or restricted by country on YouTube may not play.
• Video information (dates, stages, categories, etc.) may contain errors. Please report any you find.
• The Site may change or discontinue the service without prior notice.

7. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will post the update on this page and revise the effective date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
